In addition to providing data centre and industrial solutions, VOREL specializes in delivering solutions to top-tier EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Companies) in the Oil & Gas and Renewable Industries. VOREL understands every client’s unique needs and knows that beyond just quality products and cable accessories, they are looking for solutions that translate into cost savings and increased business efficacy.

Through a strategic process that involved a deeper analysis of their brand, we successfully renamed NOKS Offshore to VOREL. The new name, VOREL, effectively represents the brand’s unique characteristics and offerings while also standing out in the electrical supply chain and solutions industry.

THE CREATIVE CHALLENGE
  • NOKS Offshore was synonymous with offshore products even though the brand could offer more due to its brand name.
  • NOKS Offshore lacked a clear brand positioning diminishing its ability to establish itself as a credible brand within the electrical distributions industry.
  • A lack of consistency in the brand identity and logo of the NOKS Offshore brand hindered its recognition and marketability.

THE OUTCOME
  • Changing the brand name to VOREL allowed flexibility for the brand’s product offerings beyond just offshore products and hence changing their customers’ perception.
  • VOREL’s new brand positioning resulted in customers recognising the brand’s services and product offerings better and thus increased the brand’s credibility within the industry.
  • The new logo and brand identity make VOREL stand out as a modern brand with a consistent graphic style that communicates the brand’s expertise and professionalism more effectively.

To highlight VOREL’s experiential qualities and emphasise its brand essence, Experience Reliability, we repositioned the brand beyond its relational attributes and showcased both the company’s expertise and its electrical products, creating a more cohesive brand experience for clients and suppliers, creating a stronger top-of-mind recall. VOREL's refreshed brand positioning and visual identity help to establish the brand's prestige within the electrical distribution space and effectively distinguish it from its competitors.

BRAND IDENTITY
With the brand as a mid-point hub that helps connect clients and manufacturers together, the graphic system presents VOREL as a fundamental point in a customer’s journey. The 3 different patterns – Ripple, Spark, and Vortex – overall represent how VOREL helps their clients achieve their goals in a smooth manner, whilst going above and beyond for them with their customer-centric service.

With its futuristic and dynamic visual identity, VOREL's visual identity uses navy, mint, and copper hints inspired by cable wiring, evoking professionalism and expertise while still maintaining an elegant touch.
BRAND TOUCHPOINTS

To reach VOREL’s customers online and offline, we developed a wide range of touchpoints that seamlessly incorporates VOREL’s new brand positioning and identity. Brand touchpoints include its business cards, brochures, posters, PowerPoint slides, website, and more.

 

These touchpoints are essential in forming a unified and consistent brand experience for VOREL’s customers. Combined with VOREL’s new colour palette and graphic identity, the wide range of touchpoints demonstrates the versatility of the graphic style in conveying the brand’s message effectively.
