Frequently Asked Questions

Questions from HR Directors, L&D leads, and Marketing Directors who've been here before.

Design thinking is a human-centred problem-solving method. It works by understanding people, framing the real problem, generating ideas, prototyping and testing. Creativeans teaches it through its proprietary EDIT Design Thinking® framework, applied to live challenges rather than theory.
